투게가라오
투게가라오(영어: Tuguegarao City, 타갈로그어: Lungsod ng Tuguegarao)는 필리핀 카가얀 주의 주도로, 카가얀밸리 지방의 행정 중심지 역할을 겸한다. 면적은 113.95km2, 인구는 153,502명(2015년 기준)이며 49개 바랑가이를 관할한다.
