마다가스카르나무왕뱀아과(Sanziniinae)는 왕뱀과에 속하는 파충류 뱀 아과이다. 2속 3종으로 이루어져 있다.[1] 마다가스카르섬에서 발견된다.[2] 왕뱀상과에 속하는 마다가스카르나무왕뱀과(Sanziniidae)로 분류하기도 한다.
