이푸가오주

이푸가오주(영어: Province of Ifugao)는 필리핀 루손섬에 있는 지방인 코르디예라 행정구에 속한 주로 주도는 라가웨이며 인구는 202,802명(2015년 기준), 면적은 2,628.2km2이다. 서쪽으로는 벵게트 주, 북쪽으로는 마운틴 주, 동쪽으로는 이사벨라 주, 남쪽으로는 누에바비스카야 주와 접한다.
