지시는 동중국해의 영향으로 인한 해양성 기후를 띈다. 겨울은 길고 건조하며 추운 편이다. 여름은 비교적 시원한 편이다. 강수량은 5월에서 9월까지 집중되며 짧은 봄과 가을이 있다. 기록적인 폭염은 7월에 37.6℃를 기록하였고 기록적인 혹한은 1월에 -34.7℃를 기록하여 전형적인 습윤 대륙성 기후를 띤다. 강수량은 539.2mm, 평균 습도는 63.8％, 일조 시간은 2,564.4시간이다.
