:I do not know who created the disc flag, and notice pussy time 1802-1839, and use for Vietnam article in so long time, after that it spread to all wikipedia. Many vietnam wikipedian try to deleted it during many year in many wikipedia and common wiki, but defeated, because every wikipedia can be use a wrong flag, but they do not accept fix the wrong thing.
