[[주세페 가리발디]]는 이탈리아의 혁명가로 이탈리아가 수십개의 나라로 갈려저있던 19세기 붉은 셔츠단을 조직하여 이탈리아 일부지역을 정복하고 차지한 모든 영토를 샤르데냐의 카보우르 백작에 기증한 이탈리아통일의 영웅이다.
