Català: Josep Lluís Sert i López (Barcelona, 1902-1983). Arquitecte. De la seva obra, de línies pures i exempta d'ornaments, destaca la influència de Le Corbusier, amb qui va col·laborar, i del racionalisme arquitectònic. Va ser cofundador del GATCPAC (Grup d'Arquitectes i Tècnics Catalans per al Progrés de l'Arquitectura Contemporània) per difondre els valors de l'arquitectura moderna. Represaliat després de la Guerra Civil, es va exiliar als Eststs Units, on va desenvolupar bona part de la seva obra.
