팡가시난주

팡가시난주(영어: Province of Pangasinan)는 필리핀 루손섬에 있는 지방인 일로코스 지방에 속한 주로 필리핀에서 세 번째로 인구가 많은 주이다. 주도는 링가옌이며 인구는 2,956,726명(2015년 기준), 면적은 5,414.0km2이다. 북쪽으로는 라우니온 주와 벵게트 주, 동쪽으로는 누에바비스카야 주, 누에바에시하 주와 접하며 남쪽으로는 삼발레스 주와 타를라크 주, 서쪽으로는 남중국해와 접한다.
