딕 데일

딕 데일(Dick Dale, 본명: Richard Anthony Monsour, 1937년 5월 4일 ~ 2019년 3월 16일)은 미국의 록 기타리스트이다. 서프 음악의 선구자이다.

데일은 특히 1960년대 초의 가장 영향력있는 기타리스트들 중 한 명이었다. 비치 보이스, 잔 앤 딘, 더 트래시맨 등 서프 음악계의 주도적인 밴드들 대부분이 데일의 음악으로부터 영향을 받았으며 자신들의 음반에 데일의 곡들을 포함시키기도 했다. 딕 데일의 스타일과 음악은 지미 헨드릭스, 피트 타운젠드, 에디 반 헤일런, 브라이언 메이 등의 기타리스트들에 영향을 주었다.
