| 설명 | Introduced, cool season, perennial, erect, hairless, rhizomatous herb to 2 m tall. Leaves are elliptic, up to 45 cm long and 25 cm wide. Flowers occur either singly or in pairs. Corolla tubes are less than 15 mm long (often only 5 mm long) with lobes 4–5 cm long. Staminodes 4; outer staminodes 3, to 10 cm long and 5.5 cm wide, usually unequal, white to yellow to red to pink (sometimes with markings in other colours); inner staminode to 8 cm long and 3 cm wide. There is a single petaloid filament about 1.5 cm wide with an anther about 12 mm long. Flowering is from late winter to summer. A hybrid of uncertain origin; often cultivated as an ornamental. Naturalized in disturbed land and along creeks, mostly near habitation. |
