그레첸 루빈 ( Gretchen Craft Rubin, 1965년 12월 14일생 -) 미국출신의 작가이며 블로거, 연사이다. 예일 대학교 법학과를 졸업하였고, 예일 법학 저널의 편집장이었으며 에드가 컬렌 상을 수상하였다.
