두경부 해부학

구조

족근골

머리는 척추의 상단 부분에 위치하며 두개골은 C1(환추로 알려진 최초의 목뼈)에서 연결된다. 머리와 목의 골격 부분은 몸통뼈대의 상단 부분을 형성하며 두개골, 목뿔뼈, 귓속뼈 및 목뼈로 구성된다.

두개골은 다음과 같이 더 세분화될 수 있다:

1. 두개골(8개의 뼈: 전두골, 두정골, 후두골, 2개의 측두골, 나비뼈, 벌집뼈)
2. 안면골(14개 뼈: 2개의 광대뼈, 2개의 턱 골절, 2개의 구개골, 2개의 비강, 2개의 눈물샘, 서골, 2개의 하갑골, 하악골)

후두골은 두개골 기저부에 있는 대후두공 근처의 환추와 연결된다. 환추는 위의 후두과와 아래의 축과 연결된다. 척수는 대후두공을 통과한다.
