Minjae Kang (born 6 August 1985 in Seoul) is a Korean racing driver who competed in korean formula races and tested Formula 3 race car to race in Formula 3 Euroseries with the German team Mücke Motorsport. But he couldn't get any sponsors for it.
Racing career
편집In 2001 he started sprint kart race in Everland Cup Kart Series. He certificated Japanese Formula racing schools, Suzuka CIrcuit Racing School - Formula Basic Course in 2004 and Formula Toyota Racing School in 2006. He won the Kartvil Kart Challenge series in 2004. In 2005, He debut Korean Formula 1800 race of BAT GT Championship in middle of 2005. He got pole position and finished 2nd. He also drove Korean GT1 race car in 2006. From 2007 to 2009, he entered korean military service to fulfill military duty. When he finished his duty, he returned korean racing series and debut Touring-A(maximum 2,000cc) and did Pole-to-finish. In October, 2011, he had test drive F3 car to race in the Formula 3 Euro Series with the Mucke Motorsport team. But he couldn't race because of sponsorship problem.
