송근영(宋根英, 1966년 5월 20일 ~ )은 대한민국의 화가이다.
5살(1970년)때부터 이당의 제자인 云丁 鄭完燮(1922~1978)에게 동양화를 배웠다. 이후 예원학교, 서울예술고등학교, 서울대학교, 서울대학교 대학원을 졸업하고 성균관대학교에서 예술철학 박사과정을 수료하였다. 동양철학사상을 작품에 투영하여 전통 한국화를 현대적으로 표현하는 작품이 주를 이루고 있다. 주요 작품으로는 매화를 주제로 한 <봄 봄> 시리즈, 대나무를 주제로 한 <푸른 바람〉시리즈가 있다.
