이호영 (약학자)

이호영(1961년~)은 대한민국의 약학자로, 미국 MD 앤더슨 암센터 정교수를 거쳐 현재 서울대학교 약학대학에서 교수로 재직 중이다.

학력

1984년 이화여자대학교에서 약학과 학사를 졸업하였고, 동 대학에서 1986년 석사학위를, 1992년 박사학위를 취득하였다.

경력

1992년부터 1995년까지 부산대학교 분자생물학과와 서울대학교 암연구소에서 박사후 연수과정을 거쳤고, 1995년 도미하여 1997년까지 미국 MD 앤더슨 암센터에서 박사후 연구원, 1997년부터 1999년까지 동 기관에서 Research Associate로 재직하였다. 1999년부터 2011년까지 미국 MD 앤더슨 암센터에서 조교수, 부교수를 거쳐 종신교수로 재직하였고, 2011년 3월부터 서울대학교 약학대학에 재직하고 있다. 2017년 한국과학기술원 한림원의 정회원으로 선출되었고, 현재 전문학술지인 Scientific Reports 및 Cancer Prevention Research의 editorial board 및 Cancer Research and Treatment의 associate editor로 활동하고 있다.
