Hi! I was told the Air China Flight 129 Korean language final report [http://dlps.nanet.go.kr/SearchDetailView.do?cn=MONO1200511924 is hosted here]. I want to get an account to find the URL of the file but I found out I need a Korean phone number. Is there someone who can archive the file on http://webcitation.org so that Wikipedians will have access to the file in case it's taken down? Is there a loophole used to get the file archived?
