I believe that Wikipedia should have only set articles that are all translated into different languages, so that each nation's Wikipedia contains the exact same number of articles, identical contents within those articles and uses the same pictures and diagrams with identical citation (adding local citations if necessary) , and perhaps even identical featured articles & current events news (adding also local news if necessary). By doing this, Wikipedia will become truly global encyclopedia for all humans.
