이 틀은 부가틀 {{비디오 게임 설명창/내용}}과 같이 사용해 비디오 게임들을 한 표로 정리합니다. 부가틀을 여러 개 사용함으로써 여러 개의 비디오 게임들을 나열 할 수 있습니다. 표를 만들기 위해선 이 두 틀을 반드시 같이 사용해야합니다. 본 틀은 {{비디오 게임 설명창/내용}}에 입력한 항목들을 읽어오는 역할만 합니다. 부가틀에서는 비디오 게임을 설명하기 위한 형식을 설정할 수 있습니다.

주의사항

어떤 항목 (문서, 제목, 기타 등등)에서든 글자 "!!" (따옴표 제외)가 포험되면 칸 나누기로 해석되면서 표를 망가뜨리게 됩니다. 이를 피하기 위해서는 "!!"는 "&#33;&#33;"로 대체해야 합니다.

사용을 위한 필수 항목
  • 제목: 게임 제목. 해당 항목에 직접 링크를 걸지 말고 대신 문서: 항목을 사용하십시오.
  • 발매일: 게임 발매일 목록. {{비디오 게임 출시}} 혹은 {{비디오 게임 출시 확장}}을 사용하십시오.
  • 각주: 발매일에 대한 각주. Will list the [#] next to "Original release dates:", "Cancellation date", or the "platform".
  • 발매연도 목록: Listing of systems the game has been released on by year. Content should be formatted as "YEAR – SYSTEM", with a space, en-dash, and space between the text.
  • 참조: Any special noteworthy piece of information. (e.g. alternative names, special milestones, etc.) A bulleted listed is recommended.
부가사항을 결정하는 선택 항목
  • 문서: Used to link the game title to the article's page name; produces a piped wikilink. Should be used even if the game's title and article title are the same.
  • 시리즈: Used to omit the "Original release date(s)" portion for entries about a whole series of video games. Parameter must be set to "예" to work.
  • 발매예정: Used to changed "Original release date(s)" to "Proposed release date(s)" and "Release years by system" to "Proposed system release". Parameter must be set to "예" to work.
  • 다중발매일: Specifies if the date has single or multiple release dates. Used to format the "Original release date(s):" caption. Set this to "아니오" to display "date" or "예" to display "dates".
  • 발매취소: Used in place of "date" if the game was canceled. Changes "Original release date(s)" to "Cancellation date" and "Release years by system" to "Proposed system release".
  • 매체: Used in place of "release" if the title is not a video game, but a spin-off title. For example, anime or manga series, radio drama, expansion, etc.
