English: Promotional poster for the en:Na Woon-gyu (1902 – 1937) film, Arirang (아리랑) (1957).

The copyright of this poster once belonged to en:Na Woon-gyu who was the director, actor, screenwriter, and producer of the film and owner of Na Woon-gyu production. However, 50 years after his death, the poster is now public domain in South Korea and other countries to which the similar copyright would apply.

Derived from a digital capture (photo/scan) of the Film Poster/ VHS or DVD Cover (creator of this digital version is irrelevant as the copyright in all equivalent images is still held by the same party). Copyright held by the film company or the artist.

또한 현행 저작권법 제49조에 의해 개인인 저작재산권자가 상속인 없이 사망하거나, 법인 또는 단체가 해산되어 민법 또는 그밖의 법률에 의해 저작재산권이 국가에 귀속될 때도 저작권이 소멸합니다.

구 저작권법(법률 제3916호, 시행 1987.7.1.) 부칙 제2조 제1항 및 구 저작권법(법률 제432호, 시행 1957.1.28.) 제35조 제1항, 제36조, 제37조, 제39조에 따라, 1976년 12월 31일 이전에 창착된 사진저작물 및 사진술과 유사한 방법으로 제작된 사진저작물은 저작재산권이 소멸되었습니다.
