심장가로막동맥
가슴의 동맥
(Pericardiacophrenic artery에서 넘어옴)
심장가로막동맥(pericardiacophrenic artery) 또는 심장횡격막동맥(心臟橫膈膜動脈), 심낭횡격동맥(心膜橫膈動脈)은 속가슴동맥에서 갈라져 나오는 긴 동맥이다.[1] 근육가로막동맥, 위가로막동맥과 문합한다.[2]

위치 편집
심장가로막동맥은 속가슴동맥에서 갈라져 나온다.[1] 가슴막과 심장막 사이에서 가로막신경과 함께 주행하여 가로막에 이른다.[3] 가로막신경과 심장가로막동맥은 모두 가로막에 분포한다.
기능 편집
심장가로막동맥은 가슴안을 주행하여 심장막의 바깥쪽 층인 섬유심장막에 혈액을 공급한다.[4]:182 또한 근육가로막동맥과 함께 가로막에도 혈액을 공급한다.[4]:162
