《Sounds Good Feels Good》는 오스트레일리아의 팝 록 밴드 파이브 세컨즈 오브 서머의 두 번째 스튜디오 음반이다. 2015년 10월 23일 하이 오어 히어와 캐피틀 레코드라는 레이블을 통해 발매되었다.^[12] 이 밴드는 이 음반을 지원하기 위해 Sounds Live Feels Live World Tour를 시작했다.

녹음 세션은 2014년부터 2015년까지 미국에서 열렸다. 음반의 레코딩 프로듀싱은 존 펠드만, 더 몬스터즈 앤 더 스트레인저스, 데이비드 호지스, 마이크 그린이 맡았다. 녹음과 쓰기는 이 밴드가 데뷔 음반인 《5 Seconds of Summer》를 발매하고 특히 〈She Looks So Perfect〉와 〈Amnesia〉의 두 싱글이 발매되면서 전세계적으로 인기를 얻은 후에 시작되었다.
