《Still Crazy After All These Years》는 폴 사이먼의 네 번째 솔로 스튜디오 음반이다. 1975년에 녹음되어 발매된 이 음반은, 〈50 Ways to Leave Your Lover〉 (1위), 〈Gone at Last〉 (23위), 〈My Little Town〉 (9위, 사이먼 & 가펑클의 공로), 그리고 타이틀곡 (40위) 등 4개의 미국 톱 40 히트곡을 냈다.

〈My Little Town〉은 1970년 이후 처음으로 사이먼을 전 파트너 아트 가펑클과 재회시켰고, 〈Gone at Last〉는 사이먼과 포비 스노우가 듀엣한 작품이다. 몇몇 곡은 머슬 숄 리듬 섹션의 멤버들을 백 밴드로 표현했다.

타이틀곡은 로즈메리 클루니(1993년 음반 《Still on the Road》), 레이 찰스(1993년 음반 《My World》), 캐런 카펜터(1996년 사후에 발매된 그녀의 자칭 솔로 음반), 윌리 넬슨(2000년 영화 《스페이스 카우보이》 사운드트랙에 관한 노래)이 녹음되어 있다.
