Pedro de Valdivia location) I have the soup of the day which is veal stew (Ajiaco de Vacuno) followed by roasted pork ribs with mashed potatoes containing bits of ham (Costillar de Cerdo Asado con Puré a la Chilena). Totally contrary to my prior experiences in Chilean restaurants, the service is actually too fast! The restaurant is U-shaped with the main entrance (seen here) at the end of one of the arms of the U. Around US$24 including 10% tip. [US$1=CH$500] |
