빨간양태과
빨간양태과(Bembridae)는 페르카목 빨간양태아목에 속하는 조기어류 분류군이다.[1] 심해에 사는 저생어류이다. 밀접한 관계가 있는 양태과보다 더 원시적인 어류로 간주되고 있다. 영어 통용명(flatheads)은 "머리가 넓적하다"라는 뜻이지만, 머리는 약간 넓적하며, 가시 능선을 갖고 있다.[2] 빨간양태(Bembras japonica) 등을 포함하고 있다.
