The company is authorized dealer of proved suppliers Christie Digital Systems USA, GDC Technology, MAG Cinema, QSC systems, Screen Solution. They are also manufacturing 3D system branded Zenith3D and creating TMS(Theater Management System) and NOC(Network Operation Center).
RNR is headquartered in the republic of Korea and has its own facilities for Business Planning, Sales Development, Cinema Engineering (Imaging, Sound, Software, Installation), R&D, Project Managing, New Business Development. They have partner offices in Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar.

Ray and Resources was founded in 2014 in the republic of Korea and renamed RNR in 2018.
Founder Ray Seok and key members are former CJ CGV HQ specialist.
