his a bot operated by zh:User:Vinama3171 (sysop of Chinese wiki) for interlanguage links. The same bot zh:User:Vina-iwbot had been operating on Chinese wiki since 2003.
The bot uses the latest CVS version of pywikipedia python bot. It is run over all articles and categories in the Chinese wikipedia once every few months.
