바위새류(rockfowl, bald crows)는 참새목 바위새과(Picathartidae)에 속하는 조류의 총칭이다. 유일속 바위새속(Picathartes)에 2종으로 이루어져 있다. 머리에 깃털이 없으며, 습기가 있는 바위 지역에서 곤충과 무척추동물을 잡아먹는다. 2종은 모두 완전한 텃새로, 특히 바위 지역의 정글 서식지에 의존하여 산다.^[1] 2종 모두 IUCN 적색 목록에 멸종 취약 종으로 등록되어 있다.

3번째 종이 우간다의 에드워드호와 조지 호를 연결하는 카징가 해협의 인근 지역에 존재하는 것으로 추정하고 있다.^[2]
