@-revi: Okay to the 1 edit per minute. But the English category was on purpose. The plan is to move the files to Commons and then the local files can be deleted and the category will disappear when file is deleted. --MGA73 (토론) 2020년 4월 23일 (목) 00:59 (KST)

I am fine with running w/o a bot flag, as long as it doesn't edit faster than the limit.
