쿠시만스속
쿠시만스속(Crossarchus)은 식육목 몽구스과에 속하는 포유류 속 분류군의 하나이다. 통칭하여 쿠시만스(kusimanse 또는 cusimanse)[1][2] 또는 망고(mangue)로 불리기도 한다. 몽고스과의 3개 아과(몽구스아과, 뭉고스아과, 마다가스카르몽구스아과) 중에서 쿠시만스속은 몽구스아과 또는 뭉고스아과로 분류되며,[3] 사회적 행동을 많이 하는 작은 몽구스로 이루어져 있다.[1] 가나와 코트디부아르, 라이베리아 그리고 시에라리온과 같은 아프리카 서부에 위치한 나라의 늪지대와 숲에서 발견된다.[1][4]
